Commissioner Jagunmolu Celebrates Eid al-Fitr with Constituents in Yewa North

Yewa North– The country home of the Ogun State Commissioner for Housing, Jagunmolu Jamiu Akande Omoniyi, was agog with festivities as dignitaries and constituents gathered to celebrate Eid al-Fitr.

The event, held in continuation of the 2025 Eid celebrations, saw prominent figures from Yewa North Local Government Area in attendance. Speaking at the occasion, Jagunmolu Omoniyi emphasized the significance of Ramadan, stating that the 30-day fasting period serves as a reminder of human endurance, self-discipline, and spiritual devotion.

“Eid al-Fitr is a celebration of the enablement of these virtues—patience, self-control, and closeness to God,” he said.

The commissioner described the festival as an opportunity to reconnect with his constituents, reinforcing his commitment to their welfare as their representative in government. He urged the people to uphold righteous living beyond Ramadan and continue praying for the success of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration and Nigeria at large.
