ILARO – The Polytechnic Staff Nursery and Primary School in Ilaro is in a state of mourning following the sudden passing of one of its most dedicated staff members, Mrs F.O. Ogunsola. The esteemed educator, who served the institution for over a quarter of a century, passed away last night.
In a statement released by the school’s Management Board, Mrs Ogunsola was described as a “passionate educator, a motherly figure, and a pillar of support to both pupils and colleagues.” Her death has sent waves of grief through the entire educational community.
Having devoted more than 25 years of her life to the school, Mrs Ogunsola was renowned for her unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds and shaping future leaders. The Board’s statement affirmed that her profound impact stands as a lasting legacy within the school’s history.
The loss is felt deeply beyond the school gates, affecting her immediate family, friends, the wider Polytechnic community, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
