ABEOKUTA – The State Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Otunba Taofeek Sokoya (Danku), has joined a chorus of well-wishers to celebrate Mrs Victoria Olaitan Abiodun, fondly known as ‘Mama Teacher’, on the auspicious occasion of her 90th birthday.
In a heartfelt felicitation issued on behalf of the Association’s entire executive and membership, Otunba Sokoya eulogised the nonagenarian for a life exemplifying service, faith, and devotion.
The statement highlighted Mrs Abiodun’s profound impact as an educator in Southwestern Nigeria, noting that her dedicated years in the teaching profession “have sown seeds of knowledge and wisdom in countless generations, shaping the very fabric of our society.”
Otunba Sokoya further described the celebrant as a “devoted prayer mother and a pillar of strength,” whose unwavering support and nurturing guidance have been a cornerstone in the life of her son, His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Governor of Ogun State.
“The profound impact of your motherhood has undoubtedly contributed to his exemplary leadership and service to Ogun State,” the AMORAN Chairman stated.
He lauded Mrs Abiodun’s life as a “beautiful tapestry of service to both God and humanity,” and concluded with prayers for her continued well-being.
