The Yewa Unity Cup has reached its decisive stages as the competition narrows down to the last four teams: Owode, Itoro, Alaari and Ilara. After weeks of intense battles on the pitch, the youth championship is set to resume with thrilling semi-final clashes on April 5th, 2025 at Ado Odo and Ayetoro town. The tournament, organized by the Yewa

Association, has garnered significant patronage and attention from traditional rulers, football enthusiasts, and numerous stakeholders.

The competition has witnessed fierce contests among Yewa towns, with each match showcasing skill, determination, and sportsmanship. As the championship nears its climax, excitement is building for the grand finale, scheduled for April 13th, 2025, at the Gateway International Stadium in Ilaro-Yewa.

Oba (Dr)Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, in a significant show of support for youth and sports development, recently donated jerseys and kits to the last four teams.
