ABEOKUTA – The Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN) has expressed profound sorrow over the passing of Mrs. Cecilia Omowunmi Arowolo, the beloved mother of its Public Relations Officer, Comrade Arowolo Adebola Arokem.
In an official statement released today by the Office of the Chairman, the association conveyed its deepest sympathies to the entire Arowolo family of Odo-Arawa. The late matriarch, who was 74 years old, has reportedly been laid to rest according to family and faith-based customs.
The statement, signed by AMORAN Chairman Otunba Taofeek Sokoya, described the news as a source of deep sadness for the entire association. It praised the deceased’s “long life well-lived” and the “indelible impact she undoubtedly made on her family and community.”
The association urged the grieving family to find strength in the love of those around them and to take solace in the righteous life she lived. AMORAN also pledged its unwavering support for its PRO, Comrade Arowolo, during this period of immense grief, stating that “The AMORAN family stands with you.”
The condolence message concluded with prayers for the peaceful eternal rest of the late Mrs. Arowolo “in the bosom of the Almighty.”
