Ogun State – The State Chairman of the Articulate Motorcycle Owners and Riders Association of Nigeria (AMORAN), Otunba Taofeek Sokoya, has extended warm congratulations to Princess Adesola Elegbeji on her victory as the newly elected Member representing Remo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
In a statement issued on behalf of the association, Otunba Sokoya described the victory as a testament to Elegbeji’s dedication, hard work, and the overwhelming confidence reposed in her by the people of Remo Federal Constituency. He expressed confidence that she would bring her passion, intellect, and commitment to bear in delivering effective representation for her constituents.
The AMORAN Chairman also lauded the strategic role played by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Committee in securing the victory. He specifically commended His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, the Executive Governor of Ogun State, for his exemplary leadership and mobilisation efforts, which he said were pivotal to the party’s success.
“Governor Abiodun’s steadfast commitment to the progress of Ogun State continues to inspire remarkable achievements, and this electoral victory is yet another testament to his visionary leadership,” Sokoya stated.
The statement further acknowledged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his Renewed Hope Agenda, which has strengthened Nigeria’s democracy and empowered citizens to freely exercise their civic rights. Sokoya noted that the victory aligns with the President’s vision of an inclusive and prosperous nation.
The AMORAN Chairman also extended gratitude to the Ogun State APC Chairman, Chief Yemi Sanusi; the Campaign Director General, Hon. Yemi Adelani; party leaders, stakeholders, members, and supporters for their tireless efforts in ensuring the victory. He described their unity and dedication as key factors in the party’s success.
As a key stakeholder in the state’s transport sector, Otunba Sokoya pledged AMORAN’s readiness to collaborate with Hon. Elegbeji in advancing the interests of the people and supporting the legislative agenda of the APC.
