The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Leaders in Ogun State have congratulated Hon. Princess Adesola Ayoola Elegbeji on her resounding victory as the newly elected Member of the House of Representatives for Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency.
In a statement jointly signed by Comrade Timothy Odedina, PRO of the Ogun State Youth Leaders’ Forum, and Comrade Aremu Babatunde, Ogun State APC Youth Leader, the group described her victory as a reflection of the people’s trust in her competence, capacity, and dedication to effective representation.
The APC Youth Leaders’ Forum, which comprises progressive youths across all 236 wards, 20 local governments, nine federal constituencies, and three senatorial districts in Ogun State, expressed confidence that her tenure would bring significant development and progress to her constituency.
The statement also commended Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun for his strategic mobilisation and support, which played a crucial role in the electoral success. The governor was praised for personally engaging with ward youth leaders in the Remo Federal Constituency, empowering them with responsibilities that contributed to the victory.
The youth leaders extended their goodwill to Governor Abiodun, expressing optimism about his future political aspirations, including the Ogun East senatorial district election. They described him as an inspirational leader and the pride of the state.
Appreciation was also extended to the APC State Chairman, Chief Yemi Sanusi; the Campaign Director General, Hon. Yemi Adelani; and other party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters for their unwavering commitment to the party’s success.
The group pledged to replicate the same support in future elections, particularly the 2027 Ogun East senatorial polls.
