Ogun State — The Rt. Hon. Olumide Osoba, Member representing Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode, and Odeda Federal Constituency, has extended warm congratulations to Princess Sola Elegbeji on her victory in the recently concluded Remo Federal Constituency bye-election.

In a statement released today, Osoba described Elegbeji’s triumph as “well-deserved,” attributing it to her dedication, resilience, and the overwhelming trust reposed in her by the people of Remo Federal Constituency.

He also expressed deep appreciation to the Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun, for his “unwavering support and leadership” throughout the election process. Additionally, Osoba commended the efforts of party leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who worked tirelessly to secure the victory.

“Once again, I offer my heartfelt congratulations to Princess Sola Elegbeji on her victory,” Osoba stated. “I wish her a successful and impactful tenure in the service of our dear nation. I look forward to working closely with her in the National Assembly to deliver on our campaign promises and bring meaningful development to our constituents.”

The lawmaker further emphasised that the victory reaffirms the APC as the most popular and preferred political party in Ogun State.

The statement concluded with Osoba’s best wishes for Princess Elegbeji’s “fruitful and productive tenure” as she prepares to represent Remo Federal Constituency in the National Assembly.
