The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Leaders of Abeokuta North, Obafemi-Owode, and Odeda Local Governments have expressed deep appreciation to Hon. Olumide Osoba, Member representing Abeokuta North/Obafemi-Owode/Odeda Federal Constituency, for his transformative agricultural empowerment program.

In a joint statement signed on behalf of 38 wards’ Youths across the federal constituency by Comrade Solomon Akibo (Abeokuta North), Comrade Malik Soneye (Obafemi-Owode), and Comrade Timothy Odedina (Odeda), the youth leaders described the recently concluded Agricultural Value Chain Training Workshop as a “game-changer” for young people across the 38 wards of the constituency.

According to the leaders, the initiative has equipped participants with modern farming techniques, agribusiness skills, and entrepreneurial knowledge to boost productivity and create sustainable livelihoods.

“We are now better positioned to explore profitable ventures in agriculture and contribute to food security in Ogun State,” the statement read.

The youth leaders praised Hon. Osoba—fondly called ” Mr. Project”—for his commitment to grassroots development, noting that the program would stimulate economic growth and reduce unemployment in the constituency.

They pledged to spread the knowledge from the training to other youths in their respective wards while urging beneficiaries to maximise the opportunity.

The statement concluded with a call for continued support for people-centred initiatives by the lawmaker.
