Some hoodlums have stormed the venue of the State Congress of the All Progressives (APC) faction loyal to the suspended Chairman, Isaacs Kekemeke in Akure, the state capital.
The hoodlums armed with sticks and clubs attacked party delegates and members as well as newsmen present and set a bonfire with used automobile tires in front of the venue.
Some of the delegates had arrived and were waiting for the exercise to start while the hoodlums arrived and disrupted the venue.
The Congress therefore ended abruptly while everyone ran for cover.
