Abeokuta – The Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the All Progressives Congress (APC) spokesman in the state, Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, describing his passing as a “void that will be hard to fill.”

In a condolence message issued on Friday, Elemide said the demise of Oladunjoye, who also served as Senior Media Consultant to Governor Dapo Abiodun, was a great loss to both the ruling party and Ogun State at large.

The late Oladunjoye, known for his unwavering dedication to the APC and the state government, reportedly died after a brief illness.

Elemide praised the deceased as a loyal and committed party man whose contributions as the APC Publicity Secretary and media strategist were invaluable.

“His sudden departure has left a deep void in our political landscape,” the Speaker said. “Mr. Oladunjoye was a passionate and articulate voice for the party and the government. His absence will be profoundly felt.”

The Speaker extended his condolences to the bereaved family, the APC, and the state government, praying for divine comfort for all affected by the loss.

“On behalf of the Ogun State House of Assembly, I commiserate with his family, friends, and associates. May Almighty God forgive his shortcomings and grant his soul eternal rest,” Elemide stated.

Oladunjoye’s death has continued to draw tributes from political leaders, colleagues, and associates who remember him as a brilliant strategist and a devoted public servant.
